According to the Washington Times, House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers Jr. has backed off his plan to investigate purported wrongdoing by the liberal activist group ACORN, saying "powers that be" put the kibosh on the idea. The chairman declined to elaborate, shrugging off questions about who told him how to run his committee and give the Democrat-allied group a pass. This comes after the Obama administration refusal to investigate the Black Panthers wing of the Obama Brownshirts for voter intimidation. Who are the "powers to be" that Chairman Conyers refers to in his statement? According to the Washington Times, Pittsburgh lawyer Heather Heidelbaugh, whose testimony about ACORN at a March 19 hearing on voting issues prompted Mr. Conyers to call for a probe, said she was perplexed by Mr. Conyers' explanation for his change of heart. I am perplexed as well for the mere fact that Acorn faces at least 14 investigations for voter fraud in the US.

ACORN receives federal dollars to organize support and to commit voter fraud for the President of the United States. Based on that very fact, this group is illegal. Eric Holders' refusal to prosecute the videotaped nightclub laden Black Panther for voter intimidation stuns the imagination. Bartel Bull, a longtime Democratic activist, told Fox News he believes charges were dismissed by Eric Holder to protect the New Black Panther Party's ability to prevent ACORN-registered, ineligible voters from being challenged by poll watchers. If any of this type of voter intimidation occurred during a Republican administration, the state controlled media would be calling for trials of all those involved. The House and Senate would be bogged down with investigations 24/7.








In Bartel Bull's affidavit, Bull wrote "I watched the two uniformed men confront voters and attempt to intimidate voters. They were positioned in a location that forced every voter to pass in close proximity to them. The weapon was openly displayed and brandished in plain sight of voters." He also said they tried to "interfere with the work of other poll observers ... whom the uniformed men apparently believed did not share their preferences politically," noting that one of the panthers turned toward the white poll observers and said "you are about to be ruled by the black man, cracker. Change we can believe in wouldn't you say?

The Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) has signed on as a national partner with the U.S. Census Bureau in February 2009 to assist with the recruitment of the 1.4 million temporary workers needed to go door-to-door to count every person in the United States. An organization with at least 14 outstanding investigations for voter fraud being asked to help with the all important US census is outrageous. This is hardly surprising. The White House, in a power grab, has taken control of the Census and will undoubtedly cook the Census books in search of gains for the Democratic Party or the Black or Hispanic caucuses. Now that the Obama Brownshirts have total carte blanche, the Coup d'etat fix will be in.

Is Obama a "natural born citizen"-We may soon have an answer

The people that question President Obama's eligibility to be president may soon have their answer. It has been said that Mr. Obama never showed an actual birth certificate proving his citizenship and thus has been fought in court without success. Article II, Section 1 of the Untied States Constitution states, "No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President." In the past, the proof of birth of presidential candidates was never much of an issue. Most candidates and their life's are usually thoroughly vetted by the press before and during the campaign. Then came Barack Obama.

If Florida Rep. Bill Posey has his way, this situation will never occur again. Mr. Posey has introduced HR 1503, which will "amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to require the principal campaign committee of a candidate for election to the office of President to include with the committee's statement of organization a copy of the candidate's birth certificate, together with such other documentation as may be necessary to establish that the candidate meets the qualifications for eligibility to the Office of President under the Constitution." This Bill would not be retroactive and if passed, would take effect in 2012 at the earliest.

I called co-sponsor Rep. Neugebauer's office today and asked an aide that if Obama runs again, will he still have to provide proof of birth as a sitting president and after about ten minutes of waiting for the aide to find the answer, he finally came back to the phone with resounding yes. One would think a Bill of this sort would sail through the congress with bipartisan support. Why do I have this feeling that the liberals will bury it before it gains any traction. If you have to show a drivers license to cash a check or show a birth certificate to get a passport, why not show some documentation before becoming the most powerful man in the world.

Contact your Representatives today and demand that they support HR 1503.

Iran will never be the same again

There is a very important phenomenon evolving in the Iran saga which could be the internal trigger that is needed to spark a new revolution. The clerical hierarchy that rules Iran appears to be splitting at the seams with Ayatollahs taking differing sides. Grand Ayatollah Hossein Ali Montazeri, the most important and senior ayatollah living in Iran, has issued a statement rejecting the election results. In his statement, Montazeri warned the nation that they should not provide any excuse to those who intend to create an atmosphere of fear and repression in the country. In another development, former President Hashemi Rafsanjani's daughter and other family members were arrested by the government and later released because of their support of Mousavi. Former President Rafsanjani is a powerful cleric within Iran and has not publicly taken sides in the election unlike his daughter. The fact that there are ruptures within the clerical regime itself are a sign of permanent fissures within Iranian society. The wholesale murder of Iranian citizens will have a "Tienanmen Square" type of scar on the Persian populace that cannot be repaired by the current leadership.

Mr. Mousavi appears to be serious in his demand for an annulment of the election results and his followers are giving their collective lives for the same demands. There is good reason to believe that the election was rigged by examining a recent poll of Iranians and their answers. According to a pre-election Iranian poll, 77% of the respondents said that they want the Supreme Leader to be elected directly by the people. Another 74% favor full inspections of Iran’s nuclear facilities to ensure that it will not be used for non-peaceful purposes and 77% favor normal trade with, and full recognition by the United States. In a surprising result of that same poll, 52% favor recognition of Israel in return for U.S. recognition. These kind of results do not favor the mindset of the current leadership.

Whatever happens in Iran, I think it can be said that President Obama earned a failing grade for his weak response to the situation. Mr. Obama did not want to appear to be "meddling" in Iran's internal affairs and I think he may have missed an important opportunity. Encouraging the rights of those that are being repressed is what world leaders do and playing it safe is not leadership. I do hope that there is a regime change in Iran, but they may not change the situation on the ground in the grand scheme of things. Mousavi may still be a threat to Israel and the stability of the Middle East, but they cannot be any worse than they are now. One thing that I do know, it will never be the same in Iran again.

Obama losing support among Israelis

The Obama Administration's anti-Israel policy is beginning to take it's toll on the Israeli populace. The most recent Jerusalem Post/Smith Research opinion poll among Israelis show that only 6% believe that Obama's policies are pro Israel. Another 50% of those sampled consider the policies of Obama's administration more pro-Palestinian than pro-Israeli versus last months published poll that showed Obama being Israel friendly by 31%. At the end of George W. Bush's term, 88% of Israelis considered his administration policies as being pro Israel.

The Obama Administration has thrown Israel and their security concerns to the curb in favor of the moderate terrorists of the West Bank and the extreme terrorists of Gaza. Many bloggers, including myself, warned of the Islamo-Fascist support for Obama for President and now we are being proven right. The MSM accused anyone of reporting such accusations as being radical and being Xenophobic because of Obama's Muslim background. Obama has strained American/Israeli relations more than any modern president and the consequences could be fatal.

Israel is the linchpin of American national security in a volatile region. Israel has offered the Palestinians 97% of what they want and they still they balk. Israel has withstood thousands of missiles, terrorist attacks and invasions by Arab armies. Israel has prevented Iraq and Syria from becoming nuclear powers and held back militarily after Scuds were being launched at them during Desert Storm. Mr. President, it is time that you support our friend and ally and not the Islamo-Fascist terrorists that would wipe them off the map. It is not important to me that Muslims "understand" me and for me to apologize for past indiscretions. Mr. President, please treat the mad men of the world like you did that fly... and swat them.

Amazing video of the riots in Iran. Could this lead to a second revolution within Iran? The Republican Guard vowed before the election that they would not allow a "Velvet Revolution." The man-made global warming farce seems to be falling apart under the weight of...Ice! The state controlled Associated Press is reporting that an Argentine glacier continues to grow and generate icebergs the size of apartment buildings, despite global warming. How can that be? There are still Republicans driving their huge SUV's and black cars are still generating heat and puttering around the nations highways. This growing Argentine glacier is not an isolated incident as there is more evidence of a coming mini-ice age.

On May 10, 2009, climatologist Cliff Harris of Coeur d'Alene Press reported an interesting story from Yakutat, Alaska, concerning the Hubbard Glacier. The glacier is actually growing and advancing toward Gilbert Point near Yakutat at the astonishing rate of seven feet per day. According to the Army Corp of Engineers special Web site for the Hubbard Glacier - www.glacierresearch.com - contains some absolutely amazing photos of the advancing glacier,” says Harris. “One can easily see the expanding wall of ice. It's HUGE! Even the dedicated global warmists need to know the truth about the recent extended period of global cooling caused by our 'SILENT SUN,' Harris continues.

I have news for Albert Gore and the other "sky is falling" crowd. Antarctic sea ice is up almost 23% since 1980. Antarctic sea ice extent and concentration for January 2009 were up significantly over 1997, 34.8% for ice extent & 22% for ice concentration. Jan 2009 sea ice was also up 23% over 1980. According to NOAA GISS data, winter temperatures in the antarctic have actually fallen by 1 degree since 1957, with the coldest year being 2004. With all the C02 being spewed into the atmosphere and the carbon footprints abound, how is it that antarctic sea ice is building and glaciers are growing. The liberal state controlled media "big lie" continues.

Never let a murder story go to waste

I can just hear Rahm Emanuel whispering, “Never let a murder story go to waste.” I am referring to the recent shooting at the Holocaust Museum by a National Socialist (Nazi) supporting sociopath and the state controlled media’s reporting of him as a “right-winger.” It appears that the talking points went out minutes after the murder and all the major state controlled media outlets began marching in lockstep. The liberals would like you to think that there is a rash of right-wing attacks because of the election of Obama. Trying to link the late term abortionist murder and the Holocaust Museum attack is like comparing Hitler to Santa Clause.

As Limbaugh pointed out on his show today, the museum shooter admired Hitler and the National Socialist Party. He also despised Neo-Cons, both Presidents named Bush and may have targeted the conservative Weekly Standard. The fact is, conservatives support Jews and the State of Israel more than our liberal brethren and to argue otherwise is pure fantasy. James von Brunn a right-winger…not even close. If James von Brunn is a right-winger that would make the Rev. Wright (Obama’s secret confident) a leading figure on the right.

According to the media, violence has spiked because of the ascedance of President Obama, however they fail to report the books and movies of the assassination of President Bush. The liberals and their vitriol of Bush and Cheney during their eight years were astonishing at the least. The state controlled media will do anything and everything to prop up their Messiah. Adolf Hitler would be proud of the American media today. They use the "big lie" as their propaganda technique on an everyday basis. The big lie was defined by Hitler in Mein Kampf as a lie so colossal that no one would believe that someone could have the impudence to distort the truth so infamously.

Lou Pritchett's open letter to President Obama

Lou Pritchett is a former vice president of Procter & Gamble whose career at that company spanned 36 years before his retirement in 1989, and he is the author of the 1995 business book, Stop Paddling & Start Rocking the Boat. This open letter was sent to the New York Times but was never acknowledged or published. I think this letter sums up the thinking of many, many Americans. Some in the media are beginning to ask real questions of this administration instead of the softball questions disguised as journalism. The Messiah's halo appears to be dimming a bit.

Operation Overlord-65 years later

On June 6, 1944, approximately 1465 American soldiers made the ultimate sacrifice in the cause for freedom and to liberate a continent from Nazism. Sixty five years later, we remember the sacrifice of the greatest generation and the affect that they had on the future of the world. There are those, including myself, that think the world has forgotten the lessons of World War Two and the genesis of that conflict. Approximately Seventy million people were killed in a war that could have been prevented. If the world leaders of the time would have taken Hitler at his word (Mein Kampf) and exhibited some strength during Hitler's adventurism, this costly war could have been prevented.

Today we find ourselves in a similar situation, where a nation threatens the existence of Jews and world peace and once again world leaders want to negotiate with a mad man to secure peace in our time. It was naive then and it's naive now. Pure evil cannot be trusted nor can it be negotiated with. Evil must be confronted and destroyed before it can inflict death upon the world. Sixty five years after 6 million Jews were exterminated by one mans final solution, we face another man that promises to wipe Israel of the face of the map.

I pray that President Obama was truly moved by his visit to the Buchenwald concentration camp and will rise to the challenge of the 21st century Hitler. It will take the courage of men like those of Point du Hoc to prevent another preventable war.

American capitalism gone with a whimper

I received this via email from the American Family Association today, however it was written by Stanislav Mishin of Pravda. I find it curious that Russians and the rest of the world see where the US is headed but Americans still remain blind to the fact. Hugo Chavez was quoted as saying that he and Fidel Castro are more conservative than comrade Obama. Mr. Mishin has it right when he refers to Americans as "sheeple." Americans need to wake up before it is too late!

It must be said, that like the breaking of a great dam, the American decent into Marxism is happening with breath taking speed, against the back drop of a passive, hapless sheeple, excuse me dear reader, I meant people.

True, the situation has been well prepared on and off for the past century, especially the past twenty years. The initial testing grounds was conducted upon our Holy Russia and a bloody test it was. But we Russians would not just roll over and give up our freedoms and our souls, no matter how much money Wall Street poured into the fists of the Marxists.

Those lessons were taken and used to properly prepare the American populace for the surrender of their freedoms and souls, to the whims of their elites and betters.

First, the population was dumbed down through a politicized and substandard education system based on pop culture, rather than the classics. Americans know more about their favorite TV dramas than the drama in DC that directly affects their lives. They care more for their "right" to choke down a McDonalds burger or a BurgerKing burger than for their constitutional rights. Then they turn around and lecture us (Russia) about our rights and about our "democracy". Pride blinds the foolish.

Then their faith in God was destroyed, until their churches, all tens of thousands of different "branches and denominations" were for the most part little more then Sunday circuses and their televangelists and top protestant mega preachers were more then happy to sell out their souls and flocks to be on the "winning" side of one pseudo Marxist politician or another. Their flocks may complain, but when explained that they would be on the "winning" side, their flocks were ever so quick to reject Christ in hopes for earthly power. Even our Holy Orthodox (Russian Orthodox) churches are scandalously liberalized in America.

The final collapse has come with the election of Barack Obama. His speed in the past three months has been truly impressive. His spending and money printing has been a record setting, not just in America's short history but in the world. If this keeps up for more than another year, and there is no sign that it will not, America at best will resemble the Wiemar Republic and at worst Zimbabwe.

These past two weeks have been the most breath taking of all. First came the announcement of a planned redesign of the American Byzantine tax system, by the very thieves who used it to bankroll their thefts, loses and swindles of hundreds of billions of dollars. These make our Russian oligarchs look little more than ordinary street thugs, in comparison. Yes, the Americans have beat our own thieves in the shear volumes. Should we congratulate them?

These men, of course, are not an elected panel but made up of appointees picked from the very financial oligarchs and their henchmen who are now gorging themselves on trillions of American dollars, in one bailout after another. They are also usurping the rights, duties and powers of the American congress (parliament). Again, congress has put up little more then a whimper to their masters.

Then came Barack Obama's command that GM's (General Motor) president step down from leadership of his company. That is correct, dear reader, in the land of "pure" free markets, the American president now has the power, the self given power, to fire CEOs and we can assume other employees of private companies, at will. Come hither, go dither, the centurion commands his minions.

So it should be no surprise that the American president has followed this up with a "bold" move of declaring that he and another group of unelected, chosen stooges will now redesign the entire automotive industry and will even be the guarantee of automobile policies. I am sure that if given the chance, they would happily try and redesign it for the whole of the world, too. Prime Minister Putin, less then two months ago, warned Obama and UK's Blair, not to follow the path to Marxism, it only leads to disaster. Apparently, even though we suffered 70 years of this Western sponsored horror show, we know nothing, as foolish, drunken Russians, so let our "wise" Anglo-Saxon fools find out the folly of their own pride.

Again, the American public has taken this with barely a whimper...but a "freeman" whimper.

So, should it be any surprise to discover that the Democratically controlled Congress of America is working on passing a new regulation that would give the American Treasury department the power to set "fair" maximum salaries, evaluate performance and control how private companies give out pay raises and bonuses? Senator Barney Franks, a social pervert basking in his homosexuality (of course, amongst the modern, enlightened American societal norm, as well as that of the general West, homosexuality is not only not a looked down upon life choice, but is often praised as a virtue) and his Marxist enlightenment, has led this effort. He stresses that this only affects companies that receive government monies, but it is retroactive and taken to a logical extreme, this would include any company or industry that has ever received a tax break or incentive.

The Russian owners of American companies and industries should look thoughtfully at this and the option of closing their facilities down and fleeing the land of the Red as fast as possible. In other words, divest while there is still value left.

The proud American will go down into his slavery with out a fight, beating his chest and proclaiming to the world, how free he really is. The world will only snicker.

The American-Israeli diplomatic rupture.

There are serious diplomatic ruptures occurring between the Obama Administration and Israel. The Obama team has been demanding publicly and behind the scenes that Israel halt all "natural growth" of existing settlements in the West Bank. Past agreements with the United States are being ignored by President Obama in regards to settlements and natural growth within those settlements. How does Mr. Obama expect Israel to honor agreements with the United States when Obama ignores past agreements with Israel. I warned that candidate Obama would not be a friend of Israel and still the US Jews voted for this neophyte. To the credit of newly elected Prime Minister Netanyahu, he has announced that Israel will not freeze settlement construction for natural growth, despite intense pressure from the Obama administration to do so.

The conviction is growing in Jerusalem that Obama is deaf to Israel's security needs and will try to exploit those policy differences in the media to force Netanyahu into a corner. Roughly a third of Israelis agree that Obama has their best interests in mind and the other two thirds know that Obama is bad for their security. I think you will see a growing divide between the United States and Israel in regards to Israels security in the near future. The two sides try to sweeten their comments in the press to make it appear all is well, but if read between the lines, you will notice that relations are strained at their worst than they have been in decades. PA President Abbas recently predicted, after meeting with Obama officials, that the Obama Administration would force Bibi from office within a few years. Is that just optimism from Abbas or was there something said during those meetings.

In short, Mr. Obama is no friend of Israel. He will throw Israelis under the bus in order to appeal to Muslims. The mindset of the Obama Administration is that all the worlds problems are the making of America and Israel. They think, in a child like like manner, that if we appear to be friends of Muslims, they will not want to cut off our heads and kill our children. As I have stated before, liberals see the world as they want it to be and not how it is really is. That is very dangerous when the most powerful man in the world has a child like view of world affairs. I offer the Israelis my prayers for their safety and well being. If the state of Israel still exists in 2012, I would encourage them to ask their American Jewish brethren to vote for a candidate that will support their existence.

The New York Times is reporting today that Obama is considering reducing its support for Israel in the UN if Bibi does not bow to his wishes in regards to settlement construction. I guess the moderate terrorist President Abbas was on to something when he stated that Obama would try to force the downfall of Bibi.
