Liberal activists riot in Seattle and New York during International Workers Day (also known as May Day) celebrations, injuring eight police officers in the process. The liberal activists threw rocks, bottles, chunks of asphalt at police officers and smashed store front and car windows. Police in riot gear and armored SWAT vehicles responded by firing 'blast ball' grenades to an attempt to disperse the rioters.
International Workers Day is celebrated by leftists in more than 80 countries and has a long, and sometimes violent, history in the United States. The mainstream leftist media rarely devotes much coverage to riots such as this because it doesn't fit their narrative. Our media, Democrats and the Obama regime like to push the notion that right-wing extremists are the real domestic terrorists in our country. When was the last time you witnessed a Tea Party protest breakout in violence and destruction? The answer is never.
The far-left Southern Poverty Law Center keeps track of right-wing extremists in our country, but they don't keep track of the people (by their own admission) that are actually causing the destruction in our country. The FBI has stated that eco-terrorism has cost $300 million in property damage from 2003 and 2008 alone. Eco-terrorists have operated in the United States for 20-plus years, but their crimes took center stage in 1998 when the Earth Liberation Front (ELF) claimed responsibility for an arson at the Vail ski resort in Colorado. The fire, which caused $12 million damage, remains the costliest act of eco-terrorism in U.S. history.
The 'Occupy' Movement was/is dominated by liberals and they are responisble for millions in property damage, rapes, and murder, but rarely do you see the media report the liberal connection. This is a partial list of the damage the Occupy Movement has cost the taxpayers:

The mainstream media will gleefully report when Obama's Department of Homeland Security issues a report about supposed right-wing extremism and they will jump at the chance to label a mass shooting as the work of some right-wing nut. It first happened right after the Tucson shooting of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords in 2011 when media speculated that the shooter was either affiliated with the Tea Party or influenced by its anti-government rhetoric.
It happened again soon after the Colorado theater shooting. ABC News reporter Brian Ross alleged theater shooter James Holmes had ties to the Tea Party. Ross made the accusation on "Good Morning America" after discovering the Colorado Tea Party Patriots had a member named James Holmes. Ross admitted on air that he did not know whether the two men were the same, but still went ahead with his claim that the tragedy in Aurora in which 12 people were killed and 59 injured could be linked to the grassroots group.
The American media and the Obama administration impulsively try to convince citizens that the biggest threat to our safety comes from Conservatives and they willfully ignore left-wing inspired violence. America has a long history of organized violence and domestic terrorism and the main culprits have usually been people with left-wing agendas. The Democratic establishment relies on the mainstream media to keep the big lie alive and the low-information voters eat it up.
